1. You are a triple threat.
2. There is absolutely nothing you can't do once you decide to do it.
3. If you audition... what's the worst that can happen? You don't get the part? Audition for something else.
4. Life is meant to be lived, not just observed.
5. I can't think of another time in your life when you had the emotional support that you have now. Feel the love, baby. If you fall, there will be someone to catch you.
6. Ok... so maybe you can't play the ingenue any more. You have so much depth... so many opportunities.

Maybe you'll find something encouraging in any of that... I love you and believe in you!
love him! heather

I just keep thinking about that old joke of the Nubian princess who gets all high and mighty toward a flight attendant saying, "in my country, I am a princess and all my subjects bow down to me"... and the gay flight attendant replies... "honey... in my country I'm a queen... that outranks a princess". Something to that effect. I wonder what John Kennedy's take on the matter is???

Miss you!

I am with you, my friend, just 12 years further down the road. One thing I know is life can and does change in an instant. It is hard enough dealing with the predictable changes but the curve balls are harder still. Where do we go from here? I don't know, but I do know it has always been more interesting with you around. And I have always enjoyed a Michael/Millie conversation. Let's keep talking, maybe we can figure it out. You have to live with your decisions or indecision - it gets very frustrating. But it is important to have someone with whom you can bounce around the options. Glad to have you around!

Well Heather said to stop by and it seems as if you have reach the point of the road where it diverges.

At a time like this, if it seems that logic is lacking then you should follow your passion. If you think your heart is betraying you, then perhaps you should do what you think is best.
Be well no matter what your choice may be.

Yay! Purple Michael has a blog!

Every time I start to get discouraged about "this stage of life" and "starting over at 40"... I look at my beautiful 86 year old grandmother... you know the one... you BOOTY danced with her at Cody's wedding *grin*... and I look at how many times over the course of her life she's had to reinvent herself, change gears, start over, move on, whatever... and what a glorious panoramic view she has had of the world because of those chapters of life!

The great thing is that you can do whatever you want to do (so long as it's legal and moral) (ok, how about just legal?) and you now know yourself well enough to do it WELL... better than you ever could have before. And you also have the stable foundation of those who love you and respect you and cheer you on in whatever direction you go. I think, my dear, that the best of times is now!

love him!
